BACKGROUND
As a User Interface Designer the bootcamp tasked me with the redesign and update of a government agency's website.
THE PROBLEM
The O.A.S.I.S. website is outdated, disorganized and doesn't meet accessibility criteria. Members and non-members have difficulty accessing the huge database and many services are hidden and hard to find.
THE SOLUTION
Conduct a full heuristics analysis, create a new information architecture to access information easier with a clean interface.
