Interface redesign to help victims of bullying find relief

BACKGROUND
Bullying Canada is a premier anti-bullying service. It's website provides immediate help for victims of bullying as well as content specifically-geared towards them.
THE PROBLEM
Bullying Canada has premier services and quality information. However the information and services are not quickly found or easily accessed on their website which causes an decreases response times. Victimized teens tend to avoid getting help especially if help is not easily accessible.
THE SOLUTION
Encourage victims to get help and through a friendly interface including a new chat feature and content geared towards teens.
